This project consists of, but is not limited to installing all necessary components to replace the current irrigation system controllers, sprinkler devices and control software using as much of the existing underground plumbing and wiring system as possible throughout the 18-hole golf course, driving range and practice facility.

A Non-Mandatory, but highly encouraged Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 10:00 am. Contractors shall meet Facilities Management at the Club House located at 1701 NE 299th Street, Ridgefield WA 98642.
