Pre- Bid Meeting: Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at the Trenton Thunder Stadium located at  One Thunder Road, Trenton NJ, 08611. (Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Failure to attend does not relieve the bidder of any obligations or requirements listed in the bid specifications.)
