Tree Work

Bids will be received until:  2:30 P.M. on Thursday, March 26, 2026.  If at the time of the bid opening, the DPW is closed to the public and the public may not attend, bids will be read aloud, witnessed and recorded.

The Term of the Contract is three years.

The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who offers the lowest total bid price of Items A — S inclusive.  The Town of Agawam reserves the right: (1) to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof; (2) to waive any informality in the bids; and (3) to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Town.

The Contractor shall pay any employees that he engages to operate his vehicles or equipment the applicable minimum wage rate prescribed by the Commission of Labor and Industries from the list included herein.
