SERVICES: Pricing shall include all costs associated with providing the services, including but not limited to
insurance, travel time, mileage, and exclusive of all taxes. No separate line-item charges shall be permitted for
either bidding or invoice purposes, which shall include, but not be limited to, labor, tools, materials, supplies,
