Up to 310 trees are to be planted and warranted to be in a healthy, vigorous state for one year following initial post-planting acceptance, and the Contractor shall provide all plant care and maintenance during that time. Contractor shall transplant up to 10 trees annually from one or more location(s) to others within ANC or at USSAHNC (included as part of “ANC” whenever reference henceforth in this document unless specifically noted).
