Contractor shall provide the following documentation for all plant material:
Seed collection records, including:
o Geographic location (county and nearest city)
o Habitat type (e.g., riparian forest, bottomland hardwood)
o Date(s) of collection
Statement certifying that:
o Seed was collected from wild or naturalized stands within Southeast Texas
o No non-local or out-of-region seed sources were used at any stage of production
Substitutions of species or seed sources will not be allowed without prior written approval. Under no circumstances will substitution with non-local or regionally inappropriate genetic stock be accepted.
Substitutions of quantity will be accepted upon approval.
