Digital documents are available for download by inputting Quest project #9510198 on the website’s project search page. An optional paper set of plans and specifications is available for a nonrefundable price of $150.00 per set, which includes applicable sales tax and shipping, from the Bismarck Engineering Department. Digital download and bidding through QuestCDN is still required. Bidding requires a separate $42.00 payment to QuestCDN.com.

The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through QuestCDN.
The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.

Work shall consist of clearance pruning approximately 97 1”-10” trees, 350 11”-30” trees, 55 31”-51” trees, and related items.

Substantial completion date: 6/15/25
Final completion date: 10/3/25.
