Tree Planting Services

The City of Warner Robins is seeking qualified contractors to furnish, deliver, plant, establish, and maintain thirty-four (34) high-quality and structurally sound trees within the City's Trees Across Georgia (TAG) Fall 2026 planting area located in and around the City Hall area, to include City Hall's Parking Lot, City Hall Annex, Nola Brantley Library, and the medians of University Blvd./Middle Georgia State University area. The awarded contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, traffic control (if necessary), and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with this solicitation.  Following tree planting, the selected contractor shall perform weekly watering of all trees for a period of one (1) year.

The objective of this project is to increase tree canopy, improve streetscape aesthetics, enhance environmental benefits, and maximize long-term tree survival through proper planting and establishment practices. The trees should demonstrate vigorous growth and successful establishment at the conclusion of the twelve-month warranty period. All work shall reflect current industry best practices, minimize future maintenance requirements, and maximize the long-term health, structural integrity, and environmental benefits of the City's urban forest.

Proposals will be accepted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, until August 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM (ET).

Potential bidders are encouraged to submit questions for clarification or additional information relating to specifications or solicitation requirements. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by August 25, 2026 at 4:00 PM (ET).
