This project entails the maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, furnishing, planting, staking and warranting trees. Removing existing sidewalk as required and constructing new concrete sidewalk as directed. Geo-textile, topsoil, mulch and other related items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City of Hagerstown over a two-year period.
