The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified licensed, insured and experienced contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary for planting of approximately 500 trees in parks and other areas within the City of Bentonville, Arkansas, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.

There will be an OPTIONAL Pre-Bid Meeting held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 10:30 AM CST, located at City of Bentonville Administrative Building 2nd Floor Bid Opening Room 1000 SW 14th Street, Bentonville, AR 72712. Attendance to the Pre-Bid Meeting is optional, but highly encouraged. City Staff will meet Bidders in attendance and begin the pre-bid meeting at 10:30 AM sharp.
