Tree Management Services

The City of Manhattan Beach is seeking a qualified Contractor/qualified Contractor(s) to provide Tree Management Services

The City spans four (4) square miles and has approximately 9,842 Global Positioning System (GPS) inventoried trees. The tree maintenance Contractor will be responsible for the care and maintenance of 5,400 trees. Per Municipal Code 7.32.050, the remaining trees will be the responsibility of the adjacent property owner to maintain.

The City reserves the right to award this bid to one Contractor or multiple Contractors. The specifications below describe the scope of work, requirements, and minimum qualifications of the Contractor(s).

It is the intent of this specification to describe all the requirements for the service agreement. The service shall conform to, and the bidder’s proposal shall include, all provisions of the following specification.
