Solicitation Summary

Towson University is requesting bids for scheduled tree maintenance, Plant Health Care (PHC), tree and
stump, debris removals and high priority emergency tree services. In addition, the University is
requesting arborist services to furnish quarterly inspection reports, planned maintenance tasks, tree
preservation, and tree inventory enhancement, for the campus and the Glen Arboretum.
All work is to be done on an as needed basis. There is no guaranteed minimum usage.
