Tree Inventory and Management Plan

The City of Ypsilanti (“City” or “Owner”) was awarded a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Urban and Community Forestry Inflation Reduction Act Grant (“Grant”). The City is issuing this Request for Proposal from experienced tree services firms interested in and capable of conducting a GIS-based inventory of City trees, and producing an urban forestry management plan based on the inventory data and City needs, in partial fulfillment of this Grant. One unbound paper copy with the pricing page flagged and one electronic copy (e.g. USB flash drive) of the proposal must be delivered in an opaque sealed envelope. The envelope must be properly labeled (including FedEx and UPS labels) as follows:
