Tree Inventory

The Town of Bloomfield is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide urban forestry services for a right-of-way tree inventory of municipally owned roads in the Town of Bloomfield. Bidders wishing to submit a bid proposal must submit a sealed bid to the Purchasing Manager, Town of Bloomfield, Town Hall, 2nd Floor, 800 Bloomfield Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002, by 1:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened and recorded. The invitation to bid and any addenda can be found on the Town website, https://www.BloomfieldCT.gov/ as well as the State of CT Department of Administrative Services website, https://portal.CT.gov/DAS/CTSource/portal-page. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Bid Instructions and Information.
