Project Description: The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals that will enable the City to determine which Company and Proposed Solution will best meet the City’s needs for the Services detailed in the Scope of Work. The purpose of the Tree Canopy Action Plan 2.0 (TCAP) is to establish the natural context for Charlotte's growth and development and to determine what aspects of nature in Charlotte should be preserved, restored, and accentuated in our City.
