The objective of this RFP is to solicit proposals that will enable the city to determine which company and proposed solution will best meet the city’s needs for the services detailed in the scope of work.The purpose of the Tree Canopy Action Plan 2.0 (herein referred to as TCAP 2.0) is to determine how Charlotte’s tree canopy should be preserved, restored and enhanced in the context of the city’s anticipated growth.Firms may bid on any or all the tasks listing in the scope of ervices. Firms may use subcontractors, provided they are identified in the proposals. The city reserves the right to make multiple awards.
