Seeking qualified General Contractors and Subcontractors for Filed Sub-Bids for the Project known as the Arsenic and PFAS Treatment Plant for South Street Wells, Contract No. 2024-1. The Filed Sub-Bid categories include: Masonry; Roofing and Flashing; Miscellaneous Metals; Painting; Plumbing; Fire Protection; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; and Electrical. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be used to prequalify General Contractors and Filed Sub-Bid Subcontractors who will then be invited to submit a bid pursuant to Section 44E and 44F of Chapter 149 of the Massachusetts General Laws.
