The Department of Financial Services (DFS), an agency of the State of Florida, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to solicit Responses from entities (Respondents) that are qualified and capable of providing financial services to determine the best or the most appropriate means of providing support to the Treasury Concentration Account.
