REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Proposals will be received until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026, by the
Lorain County Commissioners, Lorain County Administration Building, Fiscal
Department, 226 Middle Avenue, Elyria, Ohio 44035, for
Travel Management Services for Lorain County Children Services.
The above requested service will be used by Lorain County Children
Services, in accordance with specification.
Bid packets for this service will be available beginning Monday, March 23,
2026. You may obtain an official packet by sending an email to Jessica Burns
at the Lorain County Fiscal Department, jburns@loraincounty.us. All packets
will be sent electronically, via email.
Each bid shall contain the full name or names of the person and company
submitting the RFP and shall be emailed to Jessica Burns, email address:
jburns@loraincounty.us. Email subject line should read "LCCS Travel
Management RFP."
Lorain County Children Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive any informalities or irregularities if it is deemed in the best
interest of Lorain County to do so. Any interpretation, correction, or
modifications to the specifications desired shall be emailed to Jessica Burns,
email address: jburns@loraincounty.us., and must be received by Monday,
April 6, 2026.
