WMATA to engage a qualified Travel Management Corporation (TMC) to manage and fulfill Metro¿s business travel bookings, provide traveler support, and ensure service delivery, while leveraging the SAP Concur Booking Tool for all Metro business travel. The system should provide a user-friendly, full-service online booking platform that supports air, hotel, rail, and car rental reservations. The system incorporates policy-driven workflows to support ease of use and compliance, while also delivering continuous 24/7/365 agent assisted traveler support to Metro employees through multiple service channels such as phone, text, and email. Dedicated concierge services shall be made available to accommodate the specialized needs of Metro¿s executive travelers, ensuring high-touch, proactive, and secure travel arrangements
