Project Description: It is the desire of the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) to establish an agreement with reputable travel agents or agencies that shall provide centralized management of field trips and travel planning in order to negotiate the most favorable terms possible for CCSD staff and students/families. It will be the responsibility of the proposer to meet all specifications and guidelines set forth therein. No offer will be considered that does not provide a serious and reasonable proposal to the solicitation. The solicitation may be awarded to multiple proposers if deemed in the best interest of CCSD.
