Description of Requirement: This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued by the United States Transportation Command for the procurement of Shield Enclosure Air Frame TFBS-System and its supporting components.

Set-Aside Status: Unrestricted and full and open requirement to all offerors capable of providing the brand name requirement.

Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

Submission Instructions: This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested vendors shall submit their quotes via email to the following points of contact (POCs):

Evaluation Criteria: Quotes will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable source selection process. Offerors must meet all technical requirements specified in the solicitation to be considered technically acceptable.

Additional Information: This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under FAR Part 12. The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this solicitation.
