The Maintenance and Repair (M and R) Section, Mississippi River Project Office, requires a services to transport one (1) Grove RT530E-2 Rough Terrain Crane from the Fountain City Service Base in Fountain City, Wisconsin to Reservation Dam near Wheaton, Minnesota, and return the equipment back to originating location in Fountain City, WI following completion of project work.
