TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION SERVICES

The Sacramento Municipal Utility District, hereinafter referred to as “SMUD”, is soliciting proposals for a Master Service Agreement (MSA) for TRANSPORTATION ELECTRIFICATION CONSULTING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES for the SMUD Research & Development Department (R&D) and other SMUD departments in coordination with various external stakeholders as needed under three distinct categories: 1) Transportation Electrification Equity 2) Public Charging Studies and Assessment(s) and 3) Workplace Charging Studies and Assessment(s). SMUD intends to award one or more contracts as a result of this solicitation for a not to exceed amount. The term of the contract(s) shall be three (3) years from the contract execution date, with two (2), one-year options to extend, for a total possible contract term of five (5) years. Individual tasks will be utilized to authorize work as needs are identified and may be awarded to one or more Contractors at SMUD’s sole discretion.
