Project Description: The Howard County Board of Education, located in Ellicott City, Maryland, issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submittals for Translation, Interpretation, Transcription and American Sign Language Services. HCPSS is seeking qualified and experienced vendors who offer these services to establish an approved vendor list. Offerors do not have to offer every service and/or language to participate in this solicitation.
