| Description: | RFP to provide post-IBHTF discharge housing providers on the west side of the state, per 2nd Substitute House Bill (2SHB) 1929, to increase connections & partnerships between young adult IBHTF discharge planners & community housing support resources to increase the number of young adults who discharge from behavioral health settings into safe and stable housing. HCA intends to award multiple contracts, potentially at least 1 for each side of the state, to provide the services described herein. |
