Transition Age Youth Transitional Housing Program Operator Services

The City of Vista is soliciting proposals from qualified service providers for the operation of a Transition Aged Youth (TAY) Transitional Housing Program located in the city of Vista (Program). The Program will operate within a 12-bedroom facility that may have various occupancy limits (one or two per room) to assist TAY experiencing homelessness. The proposed Program is intended to operate year-round. Responses to this Request for Proposals must include a preliminary but well-defined scope of work, schedule, staffing resources, and budget including funding sources.
