Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Planning Grant Awards Technical Assistance for Awardees RFP

Project Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (“MTC”) is seeking to select up to seven (7) different firms to work on the seven (7) different Project Groups described below. The selected consultants will work with the Awardees under the Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) Program (Sponsors) on each of the components they were awarded. For Sponsors with multiple component awards, Consultant will assist with holistic TOC Policy compliance to realize the connections between the components. Each team will be working with a grouping of multiple jurisdictions with the following tasks:
• Task 0: Project management between Consultant and MTC
• Task 1: Specific Plans/Zoning to increase Density
• Task 2: Station Access and Circulation
• Task 3: Parking Management
