Description:

The Town of Windsor (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified persons, firms and/or organizations, to assist the Town in achieving compliance with MTC’s TOC Policy Guidelines for Affordable Housing. The Town intends to award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) to the consulting firm that meets the requirements listed in Section 5 of the RFP and has a history of successfully performing similar services. This project is funded by a grant in the amount of $200,000. Therefore, the amount budgeted for this project is $200,000. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides information to prepare and submit proposals for this Project for consideration by the Town.
