Transit Network Redesign

MCTS is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to conduct a Network Redesign Study and deliver a detailed, actionable, data-driven report recommending changes to MCTS fixed-route bus service that can be implemented in 2027 to meet the fiscal constraints facing MCTS. The Offeror must provide MCTS with network redesign options that optimize bus service hours to best meet the needs of the community.
