Project Description: The City of Waco (“the City”) seeks proposals from qualified firms for professional transit management and technical support services. The City desires to engage a firm (“the Contractor”) to provide for the day-to-day management and operation of the City’s Transit System (“Waco Transit”) with a resident General Manager supported by corporate staff of the firm and other individuals who possess professional and technical expertise relevant to the effective operation of the Transit System. In addition to personnel, the City seeks other services beneficial to the transit system.
