TRANSIT MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHMENT. The City of Chatfield has issued a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified consulting firms interested in the respective services described in the RFQ to further the establishment of a transit management organization (TMO) to serve southeast Minnesota.
