Summary

Charlottesville Area Transit has a need for landscaping services for its 5.93-acre Transit Bus Facility, which includes a combination of several buildings, grass areas, bushes, trees, natural areas, and parking lots. The services needed include: Grass maintenance, Mulch freshening, Weed control, blowing and cleaning; Total Property Cleanup, Trimming and Pruning;

Background

The landscaping services will be broken into three (3) time events during the year: Spring Cleanup; Landscaping Maintenance; and Fall Cleanup. All services mentioned in the summary will be performed during these three (3) time events.
