Transfer WiQ to Lenel

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of converting WiQ access control system into existing Lenel system from Convergint as a sole source because of its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment. Convergint installed and integrated access control systems for the Hatfield Marine Science Center and has worked to code the remaining WiQ system into their Lenel servers. Convergint already has the remainder of the access control systems in their servers and another entity would not have access to those servers to complete the final conversion. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
