Riley County Transfer Station Tipping Floor and Chute Repair/Replacement
Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at the Office of the County Clerk, located in the Riley County Office Building, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, KS. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 9:45 am, Thursday August 21, 2025, during the Board of County Commissioners meeting at Family and Child Resource Center (FCRC) 2101 Claflin Room #124, Manhattan, KS 66502.
Principal Items of Work: Replace Existing Tipping Floor and Chute at the Riley County Transfer Station.

All bidders must be on the plan holders list to be eligible. No Bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of 30 days following the opening of Bids. The character and amount of security to be furnished by each Bidder is stated in the above-mentioned Contract Documents. Bid Amount, Proposed Start Date, and Working Days will all be considered in awarding of the Bid. The Riley County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities in considering Bids and to accept the Bid which, in the Board’s opinion, is in the best interest of Riley County.
