The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following:

Transfer of Surplus Town Property located at 1300 E College Avenue, Normal, IL 61761

Proposals must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Transfer of Surplus Property - 1300 E College" with the time and date of the opening, which will be September 2, 2025 at 10:00am prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761. Any questions about this proposal must be in writing and addressed to the following on or before September 2, 2025:

Proposal forms may be obtained from the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761 or downloaded from the Town’s website, www.normalil.gov on July 10, 2025.

The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council, and their decision will be final.
