Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information regarding available technologies and services that can generate, manage, and deliver accurate transcripts from audio and audio-visual recordings of court proceedings. The Maryland Judiciary seeks information on solutions that leverage advances in automation, artificial intelligence, and transcription technologies to improve transcript quality, accessibility, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness while supporting integration with existing and future Judiciary systems.
