Tranquility Park Fountain Repairs

Equipment Rooms Scope:

Mechanical: Remove existing equipment, including, but not limited to, filters, filter pumps,

feature pumps motors (motors only), booster pumps, check valves, butterfly valves, piping

and fittings, and chemical control system per Bid Documents. Provide and install new

pumps, motors, valves, pipe and fitting, filters, chemical control system, and

miscellaneous materials and equipment in accordance with the Bid Documents. Clean,

repair, or replace damaged materials, fittings, etc. immediately adjacent to noted scope

items to ensure operation of system in accordance with the plans, details and

specifications.

Electrical: Remove existing electrical equipment, including, but not limited to,

panelboards, transformers, motor terminal boxes, junction boxes, pull boxes, VFD

controllers, chemical controller, acid feed system controller, disconnect switches, and

conduit & wiring. Provide and install new electrical controls, conduct, wiring, and

miscellaneous materials and equipment in accordance with the Bid Documents.

Fountain Basin Scope:

Re-coat perimeter rail and exterior surfaces of fountain basin. Replace missing anti-skate

collars, seal and prime exposed concrete, install elastomeric waterproofing and PVC paint

inside basin, ensure all stainless-steel rails are properly anchored and aligned. Clean

stainless-steel towers. Remove and replace caulk, backer rod, and debris from perimeter

joint at fountain basins. Remove all light fixture niches and plug pipes and fill all voids. All

materials, work items, and installation to comply with the Bid Documents.
