The Administration for Community Living (ACL), Office of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (OIDD), has a requirement for professional services to support ACL's efforts related to strengthening the training and technical assistance capacity of State Councils on Developmental Disabilities, through comprehensive, coordinated, and performance-based technical assistance to build Council capacity to carry out their statutory responsibilities, maintain Federal compliance, and demonstrate measurable impact, and to support systems change and rigorous, outcome-driven initiatives that contribute to the evidence base on effective approaches for improving the independence, self-determination, productivity, integration, and inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
If you are interested in this acquisition, you are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the solicitation instructions.
