This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals.

Scope and Purpose of Procurement

Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for training on dialectical behavior therapy for Snohomish County educators. The proposed awardee is DBT In Schools. The estimated value of this product/service is $117,540.00 per year. The proposed length of contract is one (1) year.
