the City is seeking a qualified firm to provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and all other incidentals, to install an eight foot diameter Downstream Defender hydrodynamic separator within the Stormwater system at the Suffolk Seaboard Railroad Museum parcel as well as replace the failing Stormwater infrastructure in the area to the limits shown and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein. Â
