The objective of this Simplified Acquisition is to establish a Service Purchase Agreement (SPA) resulting in a Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) with a qualified vendor to provide inspection, preventive maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services for various train lift systems operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA). This requirement shall be executed in compliance with applicable Federal Transit Administration (FTA) best-practice procedures and all relevant Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
