The City of Mattoon is accepting sealed proposals for 2026 Train Depot HVAC Replacement. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held onsite on Wednesday June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be required to be eligible to bid. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than Tuesday June 30 ,2026 at 10:00 am. Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2026 Train Depot HVAC Replacement ” are due by 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday July 8, 2026, at the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
