Bid Synopsis:	The Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP Facility Services Department), requests Bids for the rental of storage, office and sales trailers (used for weather-resistant storage, office spaces and accessible restrooms) to support several major annual events at the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP) and intends to use the results of this process to award one or more Contracts. The Contractor’s responsibilities will include delivery, setup (including blocking, leveling, installation of stairs and skirting), relocation, repositioning, teardown, and return of all rented trailer units and equipment. Additionally, the Contractor(s) will provide ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all rented trailers and equipment, along with 24-hour contact availability for addressing maintenance issues or emergencies. Trailer rental order requirements will vary by scheduled event and are subject to change.
