NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that City of El Reno, hereinafter called the "Owner," will receive sealed bids at the Office of the City Clerk, City of El Reno, 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma, 73036, until 2:00 p.m. on the 17 ^th day of March, 2026.

Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked with the following statement:

Trail Construction: Sunset Trail, Phase 2

This project consists of furnishing all required materials, supplies, equipment and tools to perform all necessary labor for the construction of approximately 0.9 miles of trail construction.

All bids must be submitted to the City Clerk. All bids will be opened and read aloud by the City Clerk or her designee in the City Council Chambers on March 17 ^th at 2:00 P.M. at the El Reno Municipal Building located at 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036.

The Instructions to Bidders, Contract Requirements, Maintenance, Performance and Statutory Bonds, Bid Proposal, Bid Proposal Form, Plans and Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the following:

A complete set of Plans and Specifications to prospective bidders may be obtained at above described office of Halff Associates, Inc. upon remitting a $50.00 Non-Refundable Fee. Digital plans and bidding documents may be electronically provided at no cost.

A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.   Deposits will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders.

The City of El Reno reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

A MANDATORY Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 04, 2026 in the City Council Chambers, at City Hall.
