The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham, Massachusetts (the Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for PW-1208 Traffic and Street Signs including associated materials and hardware.

Bid Documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet portal on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 after 10:00 a.m.

Sealed Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal.

Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 at 10:00 A.M.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities & technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
