Project Description: The project, Phase 3 Traffic Signal Upgrades, includes, removal of existing detection, installation of new detection, removal and installation of pedestal pole assemblies, removal and installation of traffic signal cable and electrical wiring, removal of existing signal and pedestrian heads, installation of new vehicle and pedestrian heads, removal of existing push button assemblies, installation of new APS units, removal and installation of communication equipment, etc. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 330 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
