REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP2M25-19 FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYNCHRONIZATION PROJECT (TSSP) DESIGN SERVICES – ADAPTIVE/TRAFFIC RESPONSIVE UPGRADE ON GARFIELD AVENUE, FREMONT AVENUE, ATLANTIC BOULEVARD AND VALLEY BOULEVARD - PHASE 2

The City of Alhambra is requesting a proposal for Traffic Signal Synchronization Project (TSSP) Design Services – Adaptive/Traffic Responsive Upgrade on Garfield Ave, Fremont Avenue, Atlantic Boulevard and Valley Boulevard - PHASE 2, a copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is attached for your review and consideration.

Proposals are due by 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 9, 2025. Please submit one (1) original of the proposal and a digital copy on a USB to the City of Alhambra, Attn: Jane Chan, Public Works Department, 111 South First St., Alhambra, CA  91801.

Cost proposal shall be submitted under a separate cover i ndicating on the envelope “Sealed Cost Proposal-Do Not Open with Regular Mail".
