Description
Submissions clearly marked "COR7099 - Traffic Signal Steel", in the header line, will be received by the City of Regina, via email at procurement@regina.ca , no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Friday, December 20, 2024.
The City is seeking competitive bids for supply and delivery of the following items on an "as required" basis during the term of the contract:
• Cantilever traffic signal poles
• Cantilever extensions
• Anchor Rods
• Cantilever rotating bases
• Pedestal poles
• Pedestal for installation on cantilevers
• Street Light extensions
• Davit upright poles
• Davit arm poles
• Break away bases
The successful proponent should be able to provide the above-mentioned items in both a galvanized and black powder finish.
The term of the contract is for a one (1) year term with an option in favour of the City to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for additional one (1) year term.
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
•Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
•Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement
•Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
