Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 12/17/2024 for Bid # 24-271: TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS AT THE INTERSECTION OF FRANKLIN ST (CR-509) AND WATSESSING AVE, TOWNSHIP OF BLOOMFIELD.
